PIERCING

At Over the Moon we offer professional ear and body piercing, in our clean, safe and friendly studio, within a relaxed atmosphere. Our piercing room is in the back of the studio, in a separate room to the tattoo artists, which has a privacy screen if required by the client. Our studio and our piercers are all fully licensed by Waverley Borough Council, ensuring we are practicing the best, and most up-to-date, techniques in sterilisation and sanitation protocols. 

We perform all piercings at Over the Moon with single-use needles (no guns - not even for lobes), which is a much safer, more accurate and more hygienic way to perform a piercing. All the jewellery we use, whether it be for the initial piercing, or just for when you fancy a change, is made of implant-grade, medical-grade titanium.

We offer children's ear piercing from the age of 6, as long as the child is aware (and happy) that we perform the piercing with a needle, rather than a gun, and is able to adhere to our aftercare advice.

If you are under the age of 16, you must bring a parent or legal guardian to your appointment. If you are 16+ years then you must bring a valid, photo ID with you to the studio.

PIERCER: GEORGINA GEDLING

During your appointment, after your piercing, Georgina will talk you through all of our recommendations, hints, tips and advice to looking after your new piercing. She will also provide you with a print-out of these instructions, so you don't have to remember everything you are told on the day, and can refer to this if you forget anything. However, if you misplace this bit of paper, you can view our Aftercare page to find all of our advice!

PIERCING PRICES

* You must be a minimum of 12 years old for these piercings, with parental consent (parents/legal guardians must attend the appointment).

** You must be a minimum of 14 years old for these piercings, with parental consent (parents/legal guardians must attend the appointment).

*** You must be a minimum of 16 years old for these piercings, and provide a valid, photo ID at your appointment.

**** You must be a minimum of 18 years old for these piercings, and provide a valid, photo ID at your appointment.

# Prices vary depending on which jewellery option you choose; £30 is with a plain navel bar; £35 is with a single gem navel bar; and £40 is with a double gem navel bar.

JEWELLERY

All of our jewellery is made of implant-grade, medical-grade titanium, whether that be our basic, piercing jewellery, or our more fancier pieces. All of our piercing prices include the basic jewellery, but fancier jewellery can be used for the initial piercing, for an extra cost.
