El Harper
El Harper is the head artist and owner of Over the Moon Tattoo!
(He was also the manager of Ministry Of Ink)
Previously working in the sign making and print trade, he now has over 12 years experience in the tattoo industry. As well as being featured by The Guardian, Tattoo Yearbook (UK & Ireland), Surrey Live and ITV,
El has worked at many prominent UK tattoo conventions including: Tattoo Tea Party (Manchester) Great British Tattoo Show ( London) Tattoo Fest (Portsmouth) and Newbury Tattoo Convention.
A confident all rounder open to most styles, El specialises in illustrative, Traditional, Geometric & Dot-work, Nature and Botanical style tattoos. His favourite subjects to tattoo are Folklore, Nature, Nordic, Tarot & The Occult and anything weird from pop culture!

Bizzle
Bizzle embarked on her journey with the Ministry of Ink/Over the Moon in 2020 as a body piercer before seizing an opportunity to transition into a tattoo apprentice role in 2022. After diligent training, she earned the title of Junior Artist in March 2023 and further solidified her skills, becoming a fully qualified resident artist by September 2023. Her passion lies in traditional tattoos in vibrant colours, striking black and grey, and neo-traditional, fine-line floral, and illustrative styles. However, Bizzle's versatility allows her to tackle various designs with finesse.
For pricing, Bizzle adopts a "by the piece" approach, considering factors like design, style, size, and placement. Additionally, she offers discounted day sessions at £400.

Tierney
Tierney officially became a valued member of the Over the Moon family in 2024, transitioning to a full-time role as a tattoo artist and body piercer. Her journey with us began with a guest spot in December of the previous year. Starting her tattoo and piercing apprenticeship in 2022, Tierney has dedicated herself to mastering various tattoo styles, driven by her commitment to body positivity and self-expression. While she particularly enjoys creating nature and floral-themed pieces, Tierney is versatile and adept in a wide range of tattooing styles.
Tierney's pricing is tailored to each unique piece, considering factors such as design, style, size, and placement. Additionally, she offers day sessions for £400.

Georgina
Originally a regular client of Ministry Of Ink/Over the Moon Georgina joined the team after completing a degree in Fine Art at UCA in Farnham. She has been a resident piercer here since 2022, in early 2024 she took the next step in her journey and did her first tattoo as part of her tattoo apprenticeship!
Georgina is open to all tattoo styles as he progresses through her apprenticeship, her favourite things to tattoo and design are anything Studio Ghibli/Anime related, Game art and animals (especially Rabbits)
